AIR STEP SADDLE PAD for Your Horses’ Back.

So many horses suffer back pain as a result of poor riding and poor saddle fitting.

A horse will tell you he is suffering with bad behavior. Tail swishing, resistance, dipping their back; head up to name a few signals horse riders often miss. This saddle pad can stop all that if used every time the horse is ridden.

• 37cm by 50cm long (sits under any size saddle). This is the standard pad size. It will fit under most saddles and absorb the pressure at the wither, through the gullet and under the seat pads.
• This pad has high impact shock absorbing rubber cells. The cells have air pockets filled with compressed air. The air cells are moveable so the pressure is absorbed into them and dispersed. The rubber is high density compressed rubber able to give and flex with pressure.
• It is made of 2 layers of air cell rubber pads. The two layers give the pad a greater absorbing quality, helping your horses back from pain and pressure points.
• It has a black vinyl cover for easy cleaning. The cover is easy to clean with a damp cloth so it can be kept clean with out spoiling it. It is also not ruined if wet or dropped in the dirt or mud.
• Excellent to minimize back pain in the horse. The single biggest feature of this pad is for your horse. The air step saddle pad will equalize the saddle pressure on your horses back so heavy pressure points are dispersed and spread so pain will be reduced when riding with one of these pads under your saddle.
• Non- slip so the saddle won’t move around. Many saddle pads drift side ways or need to be set well forward so they don’t slide out the back of the saddle. This tilts the saddle up at the front increasing the pressure at the seat pads. This in fact hurts the horses back more and the saddle pad often makes the pain worse than better. The vinyl cover of the air step saddle pad allows the under side of the saddle to grip the vinyl, and stop it sliding.
• Lifts the saddle off the horses back. The two layers allow the saddle to sit on the pad and grip it. This helps keep the saddle away from the horses back and stop it squashing the back at the wither or through the gullet
• Lifts the saddle off the point of the wither. The wither is well protected by using an air step saddle pad. The rider can also see the gap between the pad and the saddle so you know there is no pressure there
• Light weight to carry and lift. This makes it easy and safe on your back to lift onto you horse and off again.
• No pressure points under the saddle, pain due to the saddle will be minimal. The pressure is dispersed along the pad and not at specific points. A horse may still develop back pain as a result of a crooked rider but the pad will help the horse greatly despite the rider.
